Need help with FTP issue

I had everything on IIS working perfectly, but somehow it changed. My website guitaronline is working, but all that is wrong is the FTP. When I go to Add FTP Publishing, I set it up with access for users "Administrator" and allow SSL IP address all unassigned on port 21. The FTP directory is pointing to the wwwroot, as I want to be able to edit website file over FTP.  All this was working before and now, the connection just times out. Please help me fix this.

Which website you motioned in above that’s may be a free hosting or domain provider. If that site is FTP enabled then you may use filezilla soft for transfer file into the hosting. Generally the FTP port or slot in 21. So you should use that port besides your login details (FTP) for log in your FTP. You should be confirming about your FTP login details first for access as administrator in your site. You can get FTP login details by login your hosting cPanel first. After entering your cPanel you should enter your account details section for find the details for the FTP. Basically host name is very important for access FTP.

Thanks
