My Microsoft PowerPoint does not work. Now what I should do about it?

Microsoft PowerPoint is not working

Hi, there are many reasons why your PowerPoint is not working. It may be due to an error during installation or drivers are not compatible or the installer itself is corrupted.

To solve this issue you have to run automated Safe Mode, because when you start the program and if the problem is detected, in the safe mode the program either fixes the problem or isolate it, and allows to start successfully. 

Try these steps:

• Open you PowerPoint in a safe mode.
• To do that, click the start button and then All Programs then point it to the Microsoft Office
• Press the CTRL on hold and click Microsoft PowerPoint.

Microsoft PowerPoint is not working

Hi,

Have you upgraded your printer device after installing PowerPoint 2007 on your computer?

The drivers which are already installed on your computer may not be compatible with PowerPoint 2007.

Try these steps below and see if this helps:

• Try opening PowerPoint in safe mode.
• Try to change the default printer settings.                                   
• If still no result, try upgrading your printer drivers.

Or lastly, you can try installing Service Pack 2 on your computer for Office 2007 and check if it helps.
