Please see the screen shot of the error message and suggest me to solve the problem. I will be thankful for all help and support.

Microsoft Access cannot open this file.

This file is located outside your intranet or an untrusted site. Microsoft Access will not open the file due to potential security problems. To open the file, copy it to your machine or an accessible network location.

Hi Rochelle,

Access is not really designed to open a database which uses a URL address. Once you tried to open an Access database or .mdb file using an IP address as it is residing on the Intranet web, Access will see that your file is outside your internet and/or on an untrusted site. To view database, add some data or edit the data on a certain database file, you can opt to use either data access pages or active server pages (also known as .asp).
