Mail transfer protocol is experiencing a breakdown

I really need some kind of help. I cannot send e-mails as my simple mail transfer protocol is experiencing a breakdown. The situation has persisted for about 7 days.

All emails being sent are simply piling up. Just some days ago, I realized that this breakdown takes place whenever the email sent has an address that is wrong or if it is not spelt correctly. I have made several attempts to clear the email jam but it is not making the situation any better as it still persists.

Whenever the emails fail to send, I get a notification to try sending again after which nothing happens anymore. This fault persists even if I try to restart up the server. I wonder if anyone can guide me on what to do in this situation .Is it that the server can no longer withstand an email with a wrong address or what is happening?

All the same,

I would like to thank you all for your help.

There are several possible solution of that which cause this error. do you try proxy to send the mail? Any just try these also

  • Requested mail action aborted: exceeded storage allocation" if you are executing an SMTP.]
  • if your mail server is mail.example.com and it listens on port 10000, use  mail.example.com:1000
  • Just check your internet configuration settings, may be there is a fault. just contact with your ISP provider.
  • May be a problem with your windows, reinstall it and check the result. hope this will work

I hope these guideline will work  and resolve your problem
