I have deleted one of the important emails from outlook and now that I have realized it, I wish to recover emails in outlook.
But the emails are not present in the Deleted items folder in outlook. Is there any way to recover those emails?

1. In the window of Outlook.com, select the Deleted Items folder.
2. Then, at the top of the window, select Recover deleted items.
3. After this, a dialog box will open with the list of all deleted items. Now, choose the items you wish to restore, and select Recover > OK.
