I am going to buy a new PC. I have 2 sticks of DDR2 800 ram, so I want a motherboard that can handle that and an AMD Phenom II X4 Processor. Please, give me any info you know.

You can’t use all thing on your computer. If you want to use tour RAM then you can’t use your processor. Your processor will work best on MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) but your RAM will not work on this MAIN BOARD. On other hand you can use you’re your RAM on MSI G41 M4F but you can’t use your processor on this Main Board. So which one you want to use on your PC. Your processor is very much upgraded than your RAM. Your RAM has 800 bus speeds which is not a great speed. Last of all DDR2 RAM will be out of market very soon. So my advice would be buy a main board according to your processor and buy a DDR 3 RAM for it.
