I already own a tablet and a smartphone. Since both of them are getting old, I was thinking of swapping them for a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. From what I read online this device will allow me the wide screen and functionality of a tablet with the portability of a phone.
Is this true? Is a phone so big actually practical? Is a tablet so small usable? How does it compare in terms of functions with a smartphone and a tablet?

Is the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 worth it?
Hello,
There are many smart devices that are with large display. Of course, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 provides large display and good performance. Tabs are just the larger edition of smartphones but tabs are better for comfortable using.
Galaxy Note 4 comes with several processor options. You can get either Quad-core 2.7 GHz Krait, Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53 or Quad-core 1.9 GHz Cortex-A57 processor. It comes with 3 GB RAM. Hardware configuration is fast and high enough to provide fast performance. I think, it’s the best device for running Android KitKat 4.4.4.
The screen size is also quite large, 5.7-inch Quad HD screen with 1460 x 2560 pixels. It’s best for playing game, do multi-tasking and also work on heavy load.
The difference can’t be understood unless you have it on your hand. 5.7-inch display is large enough to be called a tablet and powerful enough to meet your needs.
