I recently installed Adobe Flash Player plug-in 9.4.90 for my Mac Book Pro with OSx Mountain Lion. Why is it that I can't access flash player using Safari 5.1 browser?

I have do not know of any other better way to solve this issue than following the steps below. Try this first before you can do something else, it’s all got to do with the settings and since you said you installed the Adobe Flash player recently, it could just do the trick.
Go to: Safari > Preferences > Security > Enable Plug-ins (check it “On”)
