First of all, I should clarify that this is a software error and no hardware part malfunction took part in this. Mainly this type of problem was raised because of user shell being corrupted by some malware applications present in your system disk. This method of solving is manually correcting the value data of the user shell. I will make this solution easy by elaborating in steps.

STEP 1 – Firstly when we are on the black screen with mass cursor then press Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys simultaneously then a blue screen of the small list will open.

STEP 2 – Then select Task manager in that list and when task manager popup was opened select ‘File’ option which was located left side top. Select that file and select ‘Run now task’ . Asking create a new task in that type ‘regedit’ to open it.

STEP 3 – Mainly check down the box displaying ‘create this task with administrative privileges’

STEP 4 – Then registry editor window will open then we should select multiple options in left side columns as I will tell in order go with that. I will tell the order please double click them in order.

I. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

II. SOFTWARE

III. FOLDER

IV. MICROSOFT

V. WINDOWSNT

VI. CURRENT VERSION

VII. WINLOGON

STEP 5 – Then right side in that window large list will opens in that select ‘Shell’ a dialogue box will open a popup asking edit string in that there were value name and value data and in that value data type ‘explorer.exe’ and OK for saving changes. This step was the father of all steps.

STEP 6 – Close register editor and also close Task manager. Once again press Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys simultaneously then a blue screen appears at the right side down we can see an option of power in that select restart option make that option and successfully your problems solve.
