You are ordering grocery/household items online via an application on your Android phone when suddenly, something goes wrong, and the application hangs when you are in the middle of adding items in your cart. How would you retrieve back the application along with the items in the cart?

How Would You Retrieve Back The Application Along With The Items In The Cart?

Once the application hangs, wait for some time and see if it restores. In case it does not get restored, carry out the following steps:

●Go to the Settings-Application Settings section of your Android phone. The Application Settings option will mostly be available in the Settings area of your Android phone. This is true for most Android phone users.

●In the Application Settings section, check the applications which are Running/Installed.

●Under the Running section, check whether the application with which you were ordering items is present.

●Select that particular application. The App info screen should open which contains the “Force Stop” option. Please refer to the fig below:

●Select the “Force Stop” option. A popup appears which poses a question saying: “If you force stop an app, it may misbehave.” Please refer to the fig below:

●Open the app again and check. It should get restored along with the items in the cart.
