How to see hidden files and folder?

Now a day I am having problem with virus they hide my files and folder.

So tell me how to see hidden files and folder in windows 7 and how to recover files.

How to see hidden files and folder?

Hi Torrese,

For you to view all your hidden files and hidden folders here's how the steps in showing them;

• FIRST, YOU HAVE TO OPEN THE FOLDER OPTIONS AND CLICK THE START BUTTON.  FROM THE CONTROL PANEL CLICK THE APPEARANCE AND PERSONALIZATION AND CLICK AGAIN THE FOLDER OPTIONS.
• THEN, FROM THE TAB CLICK THE VIEW.
• AND FROM THE ADVANCE SETTING YOU HAVE TO CLICK " SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND HIDDEN FOLDERS AND DRIVES" AND YOU HAVE TO CLICK OK.

How to see hidden files and folder?

Hi Torrese,

To view hidden files, go to the control panel, click appearance and personalization then click on folder options.

Click view then under advanced settings, click on view hidden files, and then click ok.

To recover deleted files, download a software called 'recover my files' and install it on your computer.

Download Link

Once you have it on your computer, choose to recover from the folder that the files were in and then click OK.

Wait for the process to finish and then select from the list of recovered files select the ones that you want to save.
