Hey guys.

I am using Isafe as my Anti Virus to my computer. I am using windows XP as my operating system. After update I got this error. After the error the program exits. I can’t update my anti virus again because it exits every time that I attempt to open it again.

I restarted also my computer but the error still there.

What am I going to do?

Try to reinstall the software. It most likely got corrupted that's why it crashed when you try and use it. Also try using the latest version. This should take care of any bugs that may be present in the older versions of the software.

You can also try doing system restore to undo any changes that the software may have done to itself and to other files on the computer system during the update.

You should also try running a virus scan once the program is up and running again.

This should is to try and make sure that computer is safe and secure.
