Hello everybody!

In my Laptop I am having two operating systems so whenever i switch on my laptop or re-start, it will wait for around 30 Sec and ask me to choose one from those O/S.

My question is; Is there any way to reduce this timing (30Sec) or i want to remove this option and directly load my XP O/S when i switch on my laptop.

Please help me.

Ok we can do this within a couple of easy steps

Right click on “My Computer” which is on your Desktop

Click on “Properties”

Click on “Advanced” tab

Under Startup & Recovery Section Click “Settings”

Under System startup section, select which Operating system you need as Default

And remove the check mark of “Time to display list of operating systems”

Click on “OK”

You are done!

If your doubt is related to this question, No harm about asking your doubt in this thread but if the subject is different, Then you better ask this question in a new post as this would help others to identify the subject and question easily if they have any doubts related to that subject.

So then they can just search by any of the key words which related to their question without asking the question from the beginning and waiting for an answer.

Hope you understand this.
