I know how to secure my PDF files with password. But everytime I send them, I need to set a password. Isn't it possible to set one password for a bunch of files? How to create a secure PDF?

We can protect individual PDF file by setting a password for it. It gets hectic when you are sending a lot of files. The solution of the problem is that we can set a single password for a group of files.

Step 1: Select Tools menu then Protection then More Options and then Create Security Envelope.

Step 2: Choose the option of Add File to Send.

Step 3: Right click Adobe after opening Applications then Show Package Contents.

Step 4: Copy the template to any easier location after navigating to Applications.

Step 5: Select Browse and then New template location in Security Envelope Window.

Step 6: Allow Show all policies and then click on Encrypt with Password.

Step 7: Type your Sender's information.

Step 8: Click Finish after reviewing the settings

Step 9: Do the creation of the password. Press OK and save the file.
