We can protect individual PDF file by setting a password for it. It gets hectic when you are sending a lot of files. The solution of the problem is that we can set a single password for a group of files.
Step 1: Select Tools menu then Protection then More Options and then Create Security Envelope.
Step 2: Choose the option of Add File to Send.
Step 3: Right click Adobe Acrobat.app after opening Applications then Show Package Contents.
Step 4: Copy the template to any easier location after navigating to Applications.
Step 5: Select Browse and then New template location in Security Envelope Window.
Step 6: Allow Show all policies and then click on Encrypt with Password.
Step 7: Type your Sender's information.
Step 8: Click Finish after reviewing the settings
Step 9: Do the creation of the password. Press OK and save the file.
