If that is the case, you should follow the instructions to resolve it: In the search bar that comes when you press the start button, enter this: services.msc You will see a few results. Find one that says “cisco services”. Click on it. You will get the option of disabling the ICS service (internet connection sharing). Do that and then restart the cisco system. It should work.
