FlexBuilder crashes with an error

Hi all,

I have observed that my FlexBuilder crashes time after time. Sometimes I uninstall and install it then it works properly and after some days it starts behaving badly. Example is the error shown below. Could anyone here assist with any kind of help regarding this problem?

Error message:

An error has occurred. See the log file

C:Documents and SettingskumarMy DocumentsFlex Builder 2.metadata.log.

Hello, 

This error can be fixed in the following two ways:

1. Go to the  C:Documents and SettingsusernameFlex Builder 2.metadata,pluginsorg.eclipse.resorses .From that folder delete a file .snap.then restart your Flexi builder and this works alright but it will have removed the project from the project explorer and it has to be imported again.

Or

2. Reinstall FB2

The problem should be solved now.
