IDM 4 Reporting Module – Rest 500 Error

IDM 4.0.1 has installed on separate servers and kept Userapp and IRM together. I get Rest 500 error and all of the text boxes are blank.

EAS service is currently running on my environment and by turning on it my error solved. I have checked the events are being sent to the EAS and I able to run reports. Currently I am unable to access that page.

Snap of the sevrer.log at the moment I opened that page firstly is here and after you need to refresh it and then you'll get the error.

It says User is expired but I don't know from where to find "NOVELLIDMRPT" user.

Can anyone give me a solution?

Hi there Richard T Reedy,
EAS service sometimes turn down by itself, but I can see you already figured out that one on your own. The rest of the problem sounds like the performance problem and unfortunately there is not much to do about it. You should consider upgrading your hardware or at least tweaking it by shutting down everything you're not using.
