Hi,

I would like to know why am getting an error when I am installing webcam software in my computer. We all know the benefits of having webcam so I will appreciate the help you will share. I have enough space on my computer. The error is as shown:

– not enough disk space. Be sure you have enough disk space on your computer to install this software.

– There is already another install in progress. Be sure that you are not trying to install other software at the same time.

– You do not have permission to install software on this computer. Log in as an administrator or check with your computer’s administrator.

– Your installation media is damaged. There may be some missing files. You can download the latest software from the Logitech website and try the install again.

– You can also restart your computer and attempt the software installation again.

You have to take these steps and each step has a solution:

  1. Check either and older version is installed if installed then uninstall it by (go to control panel and find uninstall a program option and find it cam driver if installed).
  2. Run the software in administrator mode (Right click on .exe then choose run as Administrator)
  3. You have to check your software copy ( I think your software has missing files and you have to download the fresh copy of software) Web Link.
  4. If you are installing software from CD/DVD copy it on drive and try installing from copied ones.
  5. Plug the cam into another USB Port and try to install it again.

Hope this will very help full to you.
