Error on SAS Business software

Hi,

We are running a small business and we have been using the SAS software as our business analysis software to perform business related tasks. We recently wanted to perform a renewal order with electronic Software delivery. But when I do so, I get the error message depicted below. What can I do now that I do not have the order email anymore?

The order information could not be retrieved because this is a renewal order. A renewal order is a license update and it cannot be used to download software. Locate your original Software Order E-mail or contact your SAS Installation Representative at your site for the correct Order Number and SAS Installation Key to download the software.
