What could be the best way to convert the animated images, graphics and many more created in PowerPoint 2003 Trial Version into PowerPoint 2007 Full Version. I want to convert those images and graphics into a new company design with logo but I will be using PPT 2007.

The new organization design should have new style, edges, and logos and also it should be a PowerPoint 2007 file.

I needed a fast and simple ways of converting.

Thank you.

When you open a presentation made in an earlier version of power point like 2003, it switches to compatibility mode. Power point 2007 closes features that were not a part of earlier versions. Follow these steps to convert a 2003 presentation for use in power point 2007 easily:

Open the presentation file.

Choose whichever presentation from power point 97-2003 that you want to convert.

Click the Office button and choose Convert on the drop down list.

A dialog box informs you what converting means.

Click OK.

Your presentation is now converted to 2007.

The animations and graphics would also convert along with the presentation.

Open your old files into PPT 2007. Remember that your old files has an extension of .PPT, for version 97 and 2003. for 2007 PPT the extension is .PPT.

So there is big difference in terms of compatibility. All your files will be recognized by 2007 PPT. every time you try to modify or edit something in your old files.

Remember to save it compatible to lower version.
