I have set up Outlook 2003 in my new Windows 7 computer. Everything is working well and everything is set up correctly.

However, all of a sudden I got a message stating that the security key was is needed.

I checked on my Gmail account since it is connected with my Outlook account and it is still working.

Why the error does occur?

I have security key which I already entered during the process of setting it up. How can I fix this?

You may want to try to input the security key if you have it on file. If after wards you are still getting the error that may mean that an installation issue has occurred. You may need then to reinstall the application, Microsoft office again.

You need to completely uninstall it first and rebooting afterwards. T

hen reinstall it again. Make sure you input the correct security key as an incorrect number sequence may make an installation corrupted.

You may also want to make sure that you are not doing anything on the time of the installation cause that may cause a problem as well.
