Just is that you need a good configuration setting.

1.       See that the setting of the active devices working for the blue tooth device is correct.

2.       The software installed for the pairing o the two devices should be obtained for the specific device you are using. Other drivers can malfunction.

3.       The device may not be within the range of the connectivity.

4.       The viral problem may have occurred which tries to disconnect every network link. Install the latest antivirus.

5.       The data in the device may be creating errors as the diver is not compatible to The O S or the system.

In spite of the label “Nokia” in the Nokia E8 Bluetooth headset, it is actually a Chinese product and not a Nokia product. It is not listed in Nokia’s line-up of products. The E8 Bluetooth headset supports Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP. If you want to connect your Bluetooth headset to your computer, check first the Bluetooth version of the device attached to your computer.

If the device uses an older version of Bluetooth like Bluetooth 1.0 then it will certainly not be able to connect to your Bluetooth headset because your Bluetooth headset is already using Bluetooth 2.0. The Bluetooth device on your computer must be above or higher than your Bluetooth headset. For example, if your Bluetooth headset supports Bluetooth 2.0, the Bluetooth device on your computer must support Bluetooth 2.0 or higher like version 2.0, 3.0, or 4.0.

If you are sure your Bluetooth device on the computer is compatible, try pairing it again. Maybe you did the pairing incorrectly. To pair it properly, on your E8 Bluetooth headset press and hold down the power button until it is steady red. After that, initiate the pairing action on the computer. Once the pairing is successful, the LED light on the headset blinks a steady blue.
