Dear Cherryann0711,

Rebooting occuers for different reasons. It can happen when you install new softwares and applications. It can also happen when your memory needs some application. You could have checked if some of your installed applications are responcible for this type of occurence. You have already sold your blackberry phone. But rebooting pproblems in blackberry phone can solved easily by you. This is not a very hard task.Blackberry  of model pearl,8700 v  etc 's rebooting problem can be fixed . You have not mentioned your phone model.Even blackberry bold and thunder can be fixed. All you would have to do is coleting the most recent blakberry OS and follow some step by step process to fix that problem.i think that you have got what you wanted. thank you very much for your querry.

There are some various reasons why your Blackberry keeps on rebooting by itself, might be because of  these following reasons:

Having plenty of installed application in your operating system.

Not upgrading your software into the newest version.

The operating system running in your phone, is not compatible  with your phone.

The Bluetooth of your phone is enabled and trying to connect into your computer device whenever you’re within its range.

The compartment of your battery and the  battery itself  is not tight attach to each other.

The old files in your SD card can be affecting your system or your inserted memory card is full.

I want to study the current memory on the device and the third loaded applicatons. Also, you have a memory card into the 8300 unit? If your taking pictures without a memory card, the images are available using the phone and stored in phone memory.

It also recommends upgrading the operating system is good because it gives you the possibility to tune the device does not load unnecessary languages and 3-party applications. The Mods here in this forum is a fund of memory, you can monitor and to optimize the storage device.

Focus on third-party applications and watch your memory after updating the phone.

JLcommander can use to clean your phone and try the updates again.
