Blackberry storm 9500 application problem

Hi all,

I am currently using the unlocked Blackberry Storm 9500 and it was working fine.

When I get a message, when I open the browser. I do not have any IT policy except the IT Policy “ .bin ” file which I used to remove a different IT policy.

The error message is:

The application operetteb$2dhifi has attempted to open a connection to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by your IT policy.

I couldn’t solve this error because I don’t know the reason of appearing. If there is one faced before this problem, please don’t hesitate to help me. I am waiting for your solution.

Hello friend, for solving this problem you need extra application to your BlackBerry phone and it can be download form BlackBerry website. It's very easy to install to your phone.

if you have internet facility no need to use any software. Using GPRS facility easily download application which one support your black berry mobile phone. After download the application you will find .alx or .cod file to your download folder and use application loader to install that. Another way use black berry browser to install .jad file to your phone.

Friend try that step hopefully you will be able to solve your problem.
