Ashampoo internet explorer toolbar won’t install

I'm trying to install Ashampoo Internet Explorer toolbar on my browser but I'm having an error of "Could not install because of compatibility issues".  What does this mean?  Do I have to install the latest version of Internet Explorer?  I'm using Internet Explorer 7 on a Windows XP 32 bit system.

Hello Bray,

You are trying to install a toolbar but could not install because of compatibility issue. Problem is with the browser.

Internet explorer 7 is too old browser and some toolbar do not support Internet Explorer 7.

So you need to upgrade the browser to Internet explorer 8 and then try to install Ashampoo toolbar.

Just upgrade browser to Internet Explorer 8.
