Hello,

I tried to open the digitaleagle site from the Internet Explorer but it gave me the following error message “Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site”.

I need your help in case of this error so please suggest me the way to remove this issue.

Hi Philip,

This is a common issue with Internet Explorer 8 if you have just downloaded the upgrade then this could cause the problem.

Internet Explorer 8 can cause for SSL to be cached and this leads to issues which causes the website is not accessible.

You can further isolate this problem by trying to open the website from another browser.

If it opens then you can suspect the issue is with Internet Explorer if it is the same thing then you can clear out the cache in your computer to remove any conflicts.
