What is a good Disk speedup program?

My PC has been sluggish the past few days and I don't know if I need more RAM.  I tried disk cleanup and defragment but still sluggish.  What is a good disk speedup software so I can analyze and optimize disk usage?  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.  Thanks.

Hi,

            For better performance or for faster PC I think your problem is your RAM, you must upgrade it or buy a larger capacity RAM because the purpose of RAM is to load and run programs or applications on a computer operating system, more RAM means more Process can be made and also means faster Computer.

What is a good Disk speedup program?

Check to see if any unwanted services are running in the background. If so close them. You can view the services by typing services.msc in the Start–> Run command window. 

This will improve performance. To better the performance further, defragment your hard disk. This will improve your system performance significantly.
