Some of my windows files are growing in size up to megabytes and my computer is also running slow. Am I infected by Trojan? How to remove Trojan from my PC? Shall I be using antivirus or Trojan remover?
Am I infected by trojan?
To remove a Trojan virus from your computer:
-
Restart your system.
-
Launch your antivirus program.
-
Choose “scan/repair” to detect the Trojan antivirus on your system and have it removed.
-
Exit the antivirus once done.
-
Restart your system.
-
Empty the recycle bin.
-
Disable the system restore feature.
-
Update your antivirus.
-
Re-scan your system.
-
If there is no more infection you may re-enable your system restore feature.
-
After that, defragment your system disk (sometimes if your system is slow, it just needs to make sure that the spaces you have on your system are defragmented).
-
Then re-start your system once more.
