I have installed Windows 7 in my laptop but I am facing some issues in installing "TURBO C" (ERROR: compatibility issue).
I installed DOS and then tried to run "C". Now I can execute my codes but not as efficiently as it was executing them on Windows XP. Is there any other software available for designing and executing codes?

I work for a 3D animation company. I use Q MAX Exporter to export scenes for the QServer (used by the Qube game architecture). After exporting into QServer format file, it can be used in QStudio to author the complete game scenes.
I installed it on my Win 2003 SP 3 server using the supplied windows installer package and rebooted the server. The installation was Complete and successful.
I initialized the exporting process with the Q Exporter with the options Export without textures checked and applied scaling factor of 1.0. At the end of the export a warning message popped up with:
“O errors and 5 warnings were logged during export. Do you want to view the log file? “

I have a Dell Presario laptop and specifications are Win XP Pro (SP2), 3 GB RAM, 90 GB HD with Dual 3 GHz Xeons . The Antivirus software has been replaced recently because the older version does not provide enough security. However, after the substitution, following error message appears when the laptop restarts.
If I choose OK, the system will continue to work. The system file name is C:WindowsSystem32Config and the size is 10.3 MB.
This laptop is new, a few software is installed. However, if reboot the laptop, this message does not appear again. Is this message a false notification so that we can just ignore it?

I recently upgraded my XP machine to Windows Vista ultimate, and have been trying to get a hang to the latest features. After I installed IE 7 on my machine I have noticed that IE crashes with an error message.
Microsoft Windows
IE Explorer has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
available.
Close program
It occurs often after I have upgraded to Windows Vista Ultimate. There are times where my PC shuts down and restarts back again, this does not happen all the time though.

Once I click on Yes it allows me to go ahead with the webpage or the help file, but I end up clicking yes so many times in order for me to continue working. I have made the following changes in IE

From the moment I heard about the vulnerabilities and security holes in a few old JRE versions , I decided to remove them. I found that there are a lot of older JRE versions installed on my PC.
I downloaded JavaRa a simple freeware tool to remove old and redundant versions of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). Successfully installed it on my Windows Vista Ultimate machine and it was working fine. It usually creates a log file C:JavaRa.log each time it is run which is displayed to the user.
But this time when I try to view the activity log file it comes up with an error message ” Cannot find the C:JavaRa.log file. Do you want to create a new file? “
Has anyone faced an error like this?
