Windows OS
Whenever I tried to open my Device Manager in my Windows XP machine the "Action Canceled" appear on the screen.
I don't think it has something to do with my Internet Explorer, there could be something wrong with my registry.

I am using Windows Vista. I am having an error from which I think I got from using Facebook after clicking a link shared on my wall then redirect me to a webpage that I have no interest of. When I was about to leave the site, I got this pop up message stating:
Runtime Error 21 at 00DC49D2
After clicking the OK button below, another window opens with,
C: Windowssystem32splmncsjapi32.exe.
My desktop icons disappears and the error keeps popping. I need help. What do I need to resolve this?

I restarted my system and tried the installation again but it didn’t work. I need someone who knows how to fix Error 2739 from Adobe.
Please send me some help. Thanks a lot.

I try to disable a some browser add-on using the Add-on Manager in Internet Explorer, by the way I'm using Windows XP Service Pack 2.
I notice something on the Add-on Management dialog box an issue which is beyond my knowledge.
Take a look at the picture I uploaded.
This add-on is managed by your administrator
I was restricted to do some action though I'm on the admin account.

I have Windows Vista running on my computer. I can be able to load my games and some applications before without having any problems. But lately, I can’t open some games installed on my PC. It has an error that it failed to start because d3d9.dll was not found. Re-installing may fix the issue. I searched on the web and they say it has something to do with re-installing DirectX. But doing that didn’t help.
How can I manually replace the d3d9 to my system and how can I fix it?

Below is the error message, when I try to open it by double clicking or pressing enter.

As I was trying to install Windows Vista Service Pack 1, I am having issues with the Vista language. I cannot continue with the installation since it is giving me an error, that the language pack is not supported by Windows Vista. And there are also specific languages that can be used to install Service Pack 1. How can I find these languages and how to install them? Help please.

I have some issues on my laptop, it can't connect to my WiFi but that would be another story.
My problem here is I try to get help from Help and Support Center but I get this error message:
Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page.
As a result, the page may not display correctly.

When I Click someone to help me link to a Remote Assistance page in Help and Support Center, an error will pop-up.
" An Administrator has denied permission to use Windows Messenger. For more information contact your Administrator"
This doesn't make sense since I'm log on to my Administrator account.

"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel".
