When I try delete the files on my recycle bin i get a error saying "Cannot delete desktop , the file or directory is corrupted or unreadable"

I can delete them one by one but cant delete them all at once,

is there any way to solve this matter ?

When I start my computer, from the time it starts to the time I can start to use it, it  takes over 15 minutes.   svchost.exe is using nearly 100% all the time. It is netsvcs group that is using the CPU.

I have done a virus scan but I can't find any virus.  Is this normal in Windows 7 or can there be any problem ?

I recently switched to Windows 7 from Windows XP, and something I have noticed in when I'm working is, suddenly my RAM usage goes up to 100% , and my PC becomes damn slow.

Is there any chance that it may occur due to high RAM usage ?

These are my PC specs:

Is it ok to empty the Prefetch folder?

Is it like a temp file that needs to be deleted ?

Is there any conflict with the operating system if I delete the content of the Prefetch folder?

How can I enable 'hibernate' option in Windows 7?

The Hibernate option is missing from the Start Menu.

Even the 'Allow hybrid sleep' options is enabled ( Control Panel  > System and Security > Power Options  > Edit Plan Settings  > change advanced power settings  > Sleep  > allow hybrid sleep ) , still the 'hibernate' option is not available on the start menu.

What should I do to enable hibernate option ?
