I have recently upgraded to windows 8 but now the problem I'm facing is that I'm not able to use my windows 8 laptop as wifi center, since I was able to create a ad hoc network sharing in Windows 7 but I see no such option in Windows 8. Please guide me how can I use my Windows 8 laptop as wifi center to access internet on my wifi enabled mobile handset.

Point :- I  can access internet on laptop but I want to use internet on my wifi enabled mobile.

I have a Samsung S3 smartphone with Ice Cream Sandwich version.  I'm planning to install the xp media center app for android so I can access my media files(mainly large divx files) in my home pc when I need them when I'm at work.  Will I have to update my android version?  Will the Xp media center app for android work without wifi? My office does not have a wireless router so I'd probably have to use my 3G signal.

I'm planning to switch from port-forwarding to smart tunnel. 

From what i hear, smart tunnel is like port-forwarding but uses a browser. 

If I use IE browser or Firefox, how do I tunnel through the ASA?

Which supports split-tunneling? 

Does someone here know how to use smart tunnel Cisco?
