Can you share some test questions on office 2010?

I would be using it as a pattern to my real tests to them. Simple yet informative questions may help me with this problem. Even though my students are still young (6-7 years old mostly), I think they would find this test interesting rather than exhausting.

 I recently synced my iPhone contacts and calendar with Microsoft Outlook 2010.  My problem is, it created duplicate contacts.  I want to remove the duplicate contacts.  Does Outlook 2010 do reduplication?  I have the iPhone 5 with iOS 6.1.  Any help would be much appreciated.

I want to create a MS PowerPoint presentation which has lots of images separately placed on every slide. I just finished creating a document that I needed for work, using Word 2007 on my laptop that runs with Windows XP. I put it on a CD and took it to work to print it there. When I tried to open the file this message appeared. I use the same system at work too. Why do you think this has happened?

There could’ve been a WINWORD execution command that is not functioning as the program was put into a halt.

Windows will close the program and notify you If  a solution is available.

Will the Windows just stop the program and inform me if there is a solution available online.

I use Microsoft Word 2007 for my word processing needs. The only annoying thing that I encounter with it is the mini toolbar. How do I remove or disable the Word mini toolbar recovery software? I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.
