Microsoft Office
Hello,
I work for a company where we have many share point databases. I have to export all these into different lists for analysis and the need to prepare charts for the data. I will have to do some other tasks like mail merge, etc., I am searching for some automated tools or websites to perform these tasks.
Does anybody aware of such tools? It would be a great help if you give some suggestions on this. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi everybody,
I have subscribed for Office 365 Premium. Using excel when I am filling some expenses, the right click is not working properly.
I am unable to format any selected cell directly. The right click is not showing any context menu. To edit that cell, again, I have to go to the main menu button and have to select the cell for any format or changes.
Anybody faced the same issue with the Microsoft Excel Premium account? Can somebody suggest me to resolve this issue. Thanking you all in advance.

Hello all,
I have downloaded a Microsoft Word template for timeline diagram.
I wanted to copy it and duplicate it in the same document, but in a different page. As it is comprised of a large rectangle with arrows & text boxes along the spine. When I am trying to copy the entire timeline as a unit, the rectangle and arrow as are getting copied but the text boxes are not.
Why it is happening like this? Am I missing something or doing anything wrong? Please help me in resolving this issue. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi All,
I am having Microsoft Office 2013 installed in my laptop.
I have a requirement to develop code which creates Vision flow diagram with excel inputs. I have to use the organization chart of folder hierarchy using DIR and TREE commands. The diagram needs to show the files and folder hierarchy of a network drive. I have taken the data using DIR and TREE commands, but I don't know how to use this info in Visio.
Does anybody know any way to do this? Please help me on this one guys.

Hi everyone,
I am having a Mac system with Outlook 2011 installed in it. I have.olm files in that. I would like to migrate to Outlook 2013 in Windows. I am able to export the.olm files from Mac OS. But, I am not sure how to proceed further to import into Outlook 2013 in Windows system. I couldn't find any import tools in Outlook 2013. Is this possible to achieve? Am I going through the right path? Please let me know the path forward.

I was using Microsoft Office 2010 and it was working perfectly. Recently I have upgraded it to Microsoft Office 2013. The upgrade went perfectly fine. But from then I am unable to start MS Excel. It is opening the window and then getting stuck. Nothing seems to be progressing at all. I have looked into the task manager and it is consuming lots of resources/CPU. I have stopped and restarted MS Excel several times, but no use. I have restarted the system also but still no luck. What could be the problem here? Can somebody help me out here.

Hello everybody,
I have recently installed Microsoft Word 2013 and it has all nice features. But, from last week I am getting a strange problem. While opening any document it is failing to open and getting hanged. Whenever I try to open any document, it is showing the message saying "Connecting to Sky Drive" and after that not proceeding further. I have tried to open a different documents but faced the same problem with any document. Can somebody please tell me what to do?Your help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,
Recently I have upgraded my OS from Windows 7 to Windows 8 and it was successful. But, I am facing problems with the MS Word only. I wanted to pin the MS Word application to the task bar. But, I couldn't find the MS Word application anywhere except the taskbar. I am not able to select that as well. However, I am able to see all other Microsoft applications like MS excel, MS PowerPoint etc., I have a genuine copy of MS Office but why am I facing this problem? Can somebody help me out.

Hi,
Recently I installed Microsoft outlook 2013. One issue with this is very slow in getting the mail from the server. I am working on multitasks like checking some other files and back to the inbox. Another issue is it is crashing continuously. When I am composing a mail it is crashing in the middle. I'll have to type it all over again. Today it happened about 3 times. Taking a lot of time to send one mail for loosing the data because of crashing. Anybody faced the same type of problems? Please give me a solution.

In Microsoft Office 2010, is there a way to protect the files from being seen by an unauthorized person? How do I set a security on my files which I have created from Word and Excel? If another version of the office is used, will it open the file or will it remain protected?
