My friend keep on telling me that she is going to buy an iPad.

Since I'm not that techy enough, I don't really know the difference between that one and iPod.

What's the difference between those two gadgets anyway.?

I was updating a friend’s iPhone to latest version of IOS via iTunes when I got this error message below.

I searched the internet and learned about using the DFU mode. 

Will this really resolve the issue? 

Do I have to reinstall iTunes on my Mac?
