Hi guys,

I noticed this one problem lately about my computer. Whenever I make contact with my Desktop Computer, a receive a mild to strong jolt of electricity which causes me to freak out sometimes. Is this normal to all Desktop Computers or is there some sort of hardware troubling shooting I need to do to fix this problem?

I recently bought an HP Cartridge for LaserJet printer 3600 series, it’s only four months since then but the ink is almost over with the printer reminding me to replace them, this my first time purchase, I have been using the cartridge it came with and taken about 4 years, I contacted the retailer only to tell me that his hands are tied. Is there a way to identify whether these are refilled cartridges?

I want to use iPad applications on my Android device.

Is it possible to run iPad applications on android based phone or tablet? Actually I want some iPad applications that are not available in the Android market.

Kindly help me how to find and install iPad applications on Android.

When I am playing World of Warcraft for a while, my computer monitor shuts down and I hear a beeping noise and then my computer restarts.  This usually occurs and it is affecting my gaming experience pretty badly.

I heard about this forum and I just wanted to try out, if I can find some solutions here. I'm thinking that something is wrong with my video card or some ventilation problem but I'm not very sure.  So I need the help of experts.

My name is Adam, accountant, I would just like to ask a question regarding my Laptop. Lately my Laptop is shutting down very slowly, sometimes it will take 5-10 minutes to shutdown. It wasn't showing any update installation while shutting down but still it is taking forever to power off.

Why does this happen and what can I do to fix the problem? I plan on upgrading my OS to Windows 7 in the future because of all the problems and bugs that Vista has. If anyone knows the solution for a fast computer shutdown please let me know. ...

I have a problem with the monitor of my laptop. There are several screen areas in the lower right and lower left of my computer monitor that sometimes flicker and shows a different picture and color different from what is being shown in the screen. Sometimes it shows what seems to be duplicate of the other areas shown in the monitor. My Laptop is fairly new and I find this problem very annoying when I am watching videos. I'm a bit confused with TNSNAMES.ORA file. When I was connecting my database from my client location(UK) with service name "utv015"(as it is in tnsnames.ora), it was working fine. But when I try to connect to the same database with same service name and setting from India, it is not connecting even within the same client network. However If I change the tnsnames.ora file to reflect the service name to "utv015, utv015.seml.xyz.net = ( blaa..bla...)" (only the service name not other information) and connect the database with service name "utv015.seml.xyz.net", it is responding. I am just wondering...
