Hi Experts,

This is my 2nd question here and the first was an awesome solution. So trying to put across my issues to you guys.

I have a file server that's windows 2003 and it’s an old box with 100's of shares in them many are for team users where multiple users access the single share. Now as i have 100's of them it becomes very difficult for users to browse through them to find the folder they need.

Hi,

When i try to disk defragment  i get this error message "Disk Defragmenter Could Not Start".
Anyone knows of a fix for this issue.

I have 300+ machines on my network. The problem is when my staff tries to log back in, they were unable to get an IP address. Checking on the AD server which I used to serve as a DHCP, it was up and running actively.

But running the ipconfig command and trying to renew the IP failed and it was unable to connect to the DHCP server. I tried everything and restarted the DHCP Client and Server on my AD, but I have no luck.

What else should I do?

I get this error

svchost.exe -- application error the instruction at "0x745f2780" reference memory at "0x00000000". the memory could not be 'read'

when closed the error box the windows restarts and when left it alone it stays On.

I am using an HP Pavilion laptop with Windows XP on it. Last night, I was working on some projects and shut down my computer after working. This morning, when I am about to check on my project, I could not open it and there is an error that says:

NTLDR is missing. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart.

Pressing those keys will just restart my computer and brings me back to the same black screen with the same error. How can I fix it? I need my project ASAP.

I am running Windows 7 Pro. My problem is I am getting Error 0x800710FE when copying files from a shared network. And the error says the file is currently not available for use. The other files are in Windows XP Pro and I am sure that there is enough storage left for copying on my local drive. However, the error is appearing. How can I fix this?
