Hi,

Whenever I open my desktop computer the notepad automatically opens with a message like this:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%system32shell32.dll,-21787

I don't understand a single word or characters from this error. Though it doesn't seem to cause any more problems, I just find it disturbing that every time I opened my computer this will always appear and that I have to just close it. I want to know how to stop this error from appearing. But first of all, I want to know what is causing this error to trigger every time I boot up.

It's been a long time since I last made a defragmentation of my computer. I decided to run this defragmentation since I only have few spaces left on my hard disk. I opened the Drive C: then right click it to go to its properties then on the tools tab, I choose Defragment Now, but when I hit the start defragment an alert box says;

I have a Desktop computer which has a DVD Drive. There is no problem with the computer performance except the DVD Drive. Few days back I have just removed the computer panel to clean the dust by myself and made sure I never removed or touched any cables or connections.
