I really want to know what is a remote access and how can I configure it. Is it the one that can enable you to access a computer even though you're not there? It's like you can see what the other person is doing with your computer, without being physically there.

Does it require you to know certain IP addresses or something?

I just bought a new laptop and I don't want it to be damaged not broken immediately so I want to know what are laptop accessories that I should really have to prolong the life of my laptop. Because I know compared to desktops, laptops are more vulnerable to damage and it tends to overheat immediately.

My laptop only has one port for headsets so if ever I would need a microphone, I don't know where would I put it. So, I'm planning to buy a headset splitter, would that work if I will plug-in a microphone. And if not what would you advise me to use? Is there such thing as a headset/microphone that has a USB port?

My brother is always flipping the screen after he used the computer and it is really annoying.

When I asked him how to undo it he wouldn't tell me.

My remedy is I would always switch off the computer which will take time to load compared if you will just switch user.
