Set up Windows XP without its serial key

Hello,

I have a Windows XP bootable CD. This is service pack 2 edition. I want to set up Windows XP with this CD.

But a problem occurred. I lost my serial key for this CD.

Right now I am not accessible to shop where I can buy a new CD.

Is there any way to setup windows XP with that CD without entering the serial key?

Can anyone help me to overcome this issue?

DNS issue with my wireless router

I have been having a problem with my D-Link wireless router lately. When I tried to diagnose the issue with Windows Network Diagnostics, it shows the following message: Windows tried a repair but a problem still exists.

Windows Network Diagnostics

Cannot communicate with Primary DNS Server (IP REMOVED).

Network diagnostics pinged the remote host but did not receive a response. Reset the network adapters "Wireless Network Connection" Resetting the adapter can sometimes resolve an intermittent problem.

NMI: Parity Check/Memory parity error

Hello brothers,

Why is this happening all of a sudden. how can I fix this. I cannot afford to replace any spares not can I buy a new one.

Its a old P III desktop and was working fine till today morning.

I haven't added anything new nor.

Hardware malfunction.

Call your hardware vendor for support.

Volume Control Missing on my Dell Inspiron PC

Hi,

I know a good amount of computers, but I'm not knowledgeable enough about audio cards. I'm currently running a Dell Inspiron 1501 and have full factory default hardware and settings. One day my volume controls gone.
 
I rebooted my computer, and it's still not working. And so I installed my audio driver and rebooted then reinstalled the driver with another reboot, but it's still same. Actually I repeated the process 6 times, 3 from installing the CD provided by Dell and 3 times from dell still the same.
