Questions with no accepted solutions

I am working with Microsoft Access 2003 on my Windows XP SP 3 machine. I am trying to add a Database but it throws up an error that it was not able to get the information:

An error occurred while getting customer information. Contact Support Services.

I did create the Database and I am sure that it was given Full access. I tried logging into a different username but I still get the same error message.

I am not able to get much out of this error message. Any help is appreciated.

Hello there,

I am having huge trouble running my PC. I can't run any program that has already been installed. New programs are refusing to install. Nothing is appearing on desktop. My computer isn't running without freezing. Also Internet connection is weak. Control Panel is not opening.

Configuring the Group Policy of the local computer and configuring the Group Policy of Active Directory, will these make conflict when user logged in to their account?

I notice that even if the Active Directory Group Policy has been configured, you can still configure the Group Policy of the local computer and still has effect in the computer. So does this mean that Active Directory Group Policy can be bypassed by the Windows Operating System?

I am concerned with the security of my workstation.

Hello,

Last night I experienced Buffer Overruns(message mentioned below) with Word 2007 documents.

I never came across the error when Office 2003 was installed in my PC.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Buffer overrun detected!

Program:…rogrammiMicrosoft OfficeOFFICE11WINWORD.EXE

A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal state. The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated.
