My friend is using windows XP and encountered a problem in booting up.

There are times that when he turned on his PC it hang. So, he turned it off and after 20 seconds he switched it on again.  

Sometimes it booted up in normal mode but most of the time in safe mode if not hang again.

What will be the appropriate action that he will do?

Can anyone give us some advice ?

My friend ready to upgrade his video cards and stuck as to what should do.
He already have one 4850 512mb, and  thinking wanted to crossfire it with a 1GB of the same brand and model.

And now he doesn't know which to choose. The 4870 will be a bit more, which He is willing to pay, but only if it yields a much better performance gain over crossfiring the two 4850's.

Can someone give me some advice?

Another thing is psu.

I know it can handle the 2 4850's, but if it can't handle the 4870, there's no point in purchasing it.

I am trying to access Terminal Server Session from I'VE.

I made it through;

Navigate to My computer > Properties > Remote > Enable the Network Level Authentication.
After enabling this, I get the following error message: 

 "An internal state error has occurred. The remote session will be disconnected.

Your local computer might be low on memory.

Close some programs, and then try connecting to the remote computer again."

I need some help to resolve this matter.

I received (and this has happened on more than one synchronizing attempt over several months) a Synchronization Failed error when attempting to synchronize my desktop application to the Evernote server. The following error message appeared:

"Synchronization failed because of an error communicating with the Evernote servers.

I was working a note from “Evernote Mac Desktop client”. The power battery of my laptop was about to be emptied.

I did not know about the ending battery. My PC shut down due to the lack of power supply (Battery).

I plugged in the power cable to recharge the battery and logged on the computer. Now after launching Evernote, I get an error saying;

 The file “Evernote.sql” could not be opened.

What should I do to remove this error to work again in Evernote.

I need some help to downgrade my operating system from windows 7 professional to windows XP service pack 3.
