Hi,

There are times that when he turned on his PC it hang. So, he turned it off and after 20 seconds he switched it on again.

Sometimes it booted up in normal mode but most of the time in safe mode if not hang again.

What will be the appropriate action that he will do?

Can anyone give us some advice ?

There are lots of possible reasons why your computer now behaves like that.

It could be one of the programs you uninstalled before and then you accidentally removed an extra file that is shared by the program you removed and other software in Windows.

Maybe you accidentally deleted a file that made Windows unstable.

Or maybe you are using your USB flash drive often and a virus managed to get in even if you have an antivirus installed in your system.

But whatever reasons you can think of, with this kind of behavior your computer shows, the best remedy I could think of is formatting your hard drive and installing a fresh Windows platform on your computer.

And use a much reliable brand of an antivirus like Norton Antivirus and McAfee Antivirus.
