Represent Flowchart Microsoft access data

Below are the shapes and there meanings of each box used in making flow chart.

Terminator: This is first shape to start flow chart

Process: It represents the process.

Predefined process:To create a sub-process that is defined elsewhere.

Decision: This shape used when there is decision making (Normally used to answer yes & no)

Create a flowchart

1. On the File menu, click to New, select Flowchart, and then click Basic Flowchart.
2. Draw shape as per your requirement.
3. Below are the sample flow chart. Draw it as per your requirement.
