Latest version of AIM mail service has a pop up facility that shows the sender's name and the title of the new mail received for a few seconds (approximately for 5 seconds). Now, I would like to know whether it is possible to increase the new message displaying time of the pop up or not. Your suggestion would be highly appreciated.

If that should be done, I mean increasing the displaying time that the sender's name and the title of the new received mail will be last, then it should be done through the AIM mail settings. So will suggest that you to the AIM message settings and then locate the message pop up display settings and see if you are able to get an option for you to change the pop time of the email message from there.

Hi Butch,
New message pop up AIM only shows for only 5 seconds at default. I checked the settings and under notifications you only see check boxes where you can choose which notifications you want to enable. This also has a check box where it ask you if you want to show notifications even you are away.
