I’ve just heard about the interesting features of new ESET Smart Security 6 Beta, namely ‘anti-theft’.

How this feature works? Is this feature applicable to iPhone and desktop computers?

ESET smart security 6 Beta

The recently new released of anti-virus from ESET Smart Security 6 BETA has its amazing feature called “The Anti-theft”. The feature was called “The Anti-Theft” because it deals with serious problems like having your laptop stolen or lost. It is very remarkable anti-virus software, since all Netbooks and laptops are has a built-in webcam these days.

This feature continues to stretch, as it automatically accesses the camera in your laptop or netbook and it will start taking pictures from the person who’s currently handling your laptop/netbook, and do this with them being unaware. It simply helps you to recover your stolen/lost laptop.

It is applicable for desktop computers, but I don’t think it is applicable to iPhone. If it has an app, then it will be available for iPhone. But for now, NOD32 and other anti-viruses are applicable to iPhone.
