This is in order to improve its power and capacity to detect and stop malicious activities within the network.
Symantec Online Network for Advanced Response or SONAR, whose function is to check the behavior of applications in order to know whether those applications are malicious, can now be used in Safe Mode to check and detect such threats.
And this latest version is compatible with Windows 8 technology. Norton 360’s interface has been changed to make it easier to use on touch phones.
