I have a Philips Raga, and I am trying to install Philips Songbird to it.
But an error occurred during the installation.
I am using Windows XP Home Premium.
I never had any problems when I installed Pure Songbird few weeks ago but when I am trying Philips Songbird, I cannot continue with the setup.
How can I correct the error?
Please send me some help.Â

From the error message on the snapshot that you have posted above, the error seems to be caused by the setup application itself. It seems like the setup application for Phillips songbird is corrupt, or it may not be the correct version for the windows XP home premium that you are using. Therefore you will need to try the following workaround to solve that problem:

First of all check the system specifications of the XP operating system that you are using. Does it support 32 bit applications or 64 bit applications?

Once you have done that you can then go to the internet and then search for a Phillips songbird version that suits the system requirements, download it and install it.
