Hello fellow members.  I'm new to this so please bear with me.  I'm trying to use LabVIEW 2010,  How do I build a UI with indicators and controls?  I can't find the tools palette.  Can someone here teach me the LabVIEW GUI concept?  I'm on Windows 7.  Thanks.

Hi Claraj,

Click on View, then Tools Palette to display it. Normally, the Tools Palette appears in the same position where you left it off, even after restarting LabVIEW.

As an alternative, you can have the Tools Palette displayed temporarily by pressing SHIFT and right clicking.

Hello Claraj,

There are lots of tutorials on how to use LabViIEW 2010. I will give you the steps where you can find the Palette tool. Select Tools then Options to display the options dialog box and select Controls/Functions Palettes from the category list. You also can click the Customize button on the controls or functions palette toolbar.
