Can I use my USB when formatting my computer?

And I will use my USB for booting?

Is it possible?

Booting your computer using a USB Flash Drive:

  1. Change the BIOS boot order of your computer to USB device option
  2. Attach your USB Flash Drive to your computer (make sure it has the Operating System require for booting your computer)a
  3. Restart your computer with the USB Flash Drive plugged into it

If the steps above will not let you boot your system using your USB Flash Drive:

  1. Check the boot order in your system’s BIOS and make sure it was configured to boot using a USB Flash Drive
  2. If there is no USB Device boot order listing on BIOS then your system may not have that option
  3. Try another USB port
  4. Copy the files needed for making your USB Device bootable

You can make  bootable USB by using KillDiskSuiteFree-Setup software
